C4C Account Name is changed but not reflecting in already created Transaction Data against Account

Hello all,

We are using Contracts and Accounts in our C4C implementation. Our C4C Tenant is integrated with backed SAP S/4 HANA box. The master data like Accounts flow from S/4 to C4C. Against these Accounts we are creating Contracts in C4C.

Post this, there is a name change occurring against the Account in S/4. This name change flows to C4C and is visible against the Account. However the already created Contract is still reflecting the old/previous Account name. On clicking and opening the Account from the Contract like through the Contract Involved Parties etc, the Account opens and the new name is visible.

Any pointers on how to have the Account name automatically updated in the Transactional Data like Contracts will be much appreciated. We are expecting this to be automatically updated in the Contract

    Please follow the KBA 2598025 - Changes Made to Name and Address in Business Partner Data is not Updated in Transactional Documents, which explains your scenario.
