PP implementation in Paper Conversion Industry (IS Mill)

Hi Experts

I need your guidance in the implementation process of paper conversion industry for PP module (production process and planning both)
I have gone through many links on the SCN forum and understood that, in implementation process, IS Mill will be required.

Please make me suggest that need I do the all implementation in ECC or SCM/APO will also be required?

It will be very helpful if anyone can send me a Business process document along with transaction code.

If possible can you please help me in getting standard (or simple) business process overview to implement SAP PP in paper conversion industry.

I need an idea if it can be accomplished in ECC only then how (means do we need to proceed with variant configuration or without configuration)?

Hi Amit

There are certain IS-Mill features that can be very useful in the paper industry, such as the order combination or the multi-item order.

If APO will also be required, it depends a lot on your business requirements in the planning and scheduling area.

Please observe that we can usually support technical questions or provide some general guidance, but providing the whole business process of PP for an industry solution together with the transactions seems to be a little bit too much for a SAP Communities thread.
