IBP calculate avg price and copy to another planning level

I need a process of follow calculation

I have the planned price from Jul 2019 until Jul 2020. for this period, I need the avg. price. After that, the average price must be copy from the planning level month to year level. The reason is, to calculate the next year with the average price form last year.

the example in the screenshot is create with an excel formular.

Do you need this calculation every time Jul 20** to Jul** or any other conditions?

A simple way is to calculate the average price run the statistical forecast for the requirement horizon and then create a new key figure copy the average price in to custom key figure.
