C4C - Add Rules & Validations to Live Activity Center

We would like to add some KUT rules to the Call Information section of the Live Activity Center - but there don't seem to be options to do this in Adaptation Mode for these screens - the fields don't have the 'Rule' hyperlink:

and the Rules and Validations section of the Implementation configuration are blank:

can this be enabled somehow or is it just not possible for these screens?

    From my understanding this is an expected behavior and this cannot be influenced by property rules and validations as this are not available for editing .

    It is not possible to adapt this section and add additional fields to the search result display.
    Hovering/clicking on the Account/Contact hyperlink can show you the Quick view which you can adapt and add additional fields to it.
