how do i auto send emails for quality notification

Dear SAP Community,

i need to automatically send emails to a distribution list and all task users in cases of creation, change and completion of a quality notification.

currently i programmed an include in Function Module "EXIT_SAPMIWO0_020" : Customer Exit: Checks before Saving Notification. but in that since the notification is not saved, during creation im unable to capture the notification number nor pickup changed task statuses durinig change. so i had to crap that option.

how else can i resolve this issue?
