This long message popup is not related to MIGO, it's related to all messages (SE91), so to all transaction codes.

Message long texts are stored like all documentations of repository objects (programs, tables, etc.), in tables DOKHL, DOKIL, DOKTL, but specifically with TDID = 'NA' (message = German "NAchricht").
