Microsoft Excel Import File for Journal Entry

Hi

I am new in here and I'm struggling with some Journal Entry posting. I have to choose single BP for enter and it may took half an hour to post a JE. I've tried some techniques to "import from excel" and failed.

Can anyone please help me to solve this! I'm attaching the TXT sample for your review. Pardon me for my poor technique.
