Server :6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)

Hi All,

When i create Repository Resources Session In IDT Tool and pass System ID and user id password , i received an error

( Error:

Failed to log on host "xxxxxxxxx:6400", user "Bouser", Could not reach CMS 'xxxxxxxxx:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)

Cause of Error
