Empty report exported from Report History

I'm using 2.1.9 BI Support Tool with SAP BI 4.2 SP7. I've exported landscape report from "Report History" -> Export.

Then when index.html is double click in the extracted folder - the empty page is opened.

I can't see <tabs>.html file in the zip like "Alert Summary_<date>.html"
