Excel Report and Interactive Analysis Designer Auto-Close

Hi,

When I drag a Dimension field into a new report, the Excel auto-closes with the message as shown in the print screen.

I have checked that both B1 and Ms. Excel are running on 32-bit.

I have also tried to re-install the Office but this does not resolve the issue.

Anyone has a resolution?

Hi,

It is an application error in 9.3 version. Update to patch level 9.3 PL14 to fix this issue.
