the instance is in the Undefined state and is not being activated

Hello. I deployed a free copy of SAP S / 4HANA 1909 FPS01 & SAP HANA DB 2.0, but when I try to perform activation, the instance remains in the Undefined state and does not change, what could this behavior be related to?
