Sale Order variant values report in Bulk Download in Excel

Hi Gurus,

In our current project,User group is requesting to view all the options & characteristics values selected during sale order level against the class & characteristics.

Is there any standard program or report is available to see overall values and characteristics that is mapped to super BOM header selections done at sale order level across all sale orders.

Kindly let know on the same.

I am not aware of any such standard report, you may need to create your own report.

As already suggested by other members you need to create your own report. There are various function modules available ready to be use , you can provide functional requirement to your ABAP team and they can easily create it.

Please get the clear requirement from business what exactly they want to see in report, starting point, levels etc.

VC data is scattered in various tables and you may need to build you logic based upon busienss requirement.

Thank you.

Only thing is the gap observed is user group is raising the question as there are N number of parameters while selection in sale order and same is transferred to Production order how to track the options or characteristics that is being selected by external DMS system or a sale person from Logistics perspective how can to view the entire range of mandatory parameters as well as options that is mapped at sale order level followed by Production order.

I would like to understand Standard industrial practice how VC is handled across sales to Production with "N" of parameters is being mapped at class level and communication is passed on ? across functions of Logistics and Production ? on header with various combinations.
