Flexible Workflow not showing item details in Inbox.


Hello Everyone, I have configured a flexible workflow for Purchase Contracts and I see a workflow notification in my Inbox when I create a contract that meets the configured preconditions but I am not able to see the item level details on the right side of the Inbox screen. I request you all if you can help me identify the issue and resolve it. I appreciate your time and support. Thank you.

    Hi Seiteja,

    The configuration for the visualization of the Task should have been deployed by the Procurement applications in SWFVISU. Please check that you haven't overridden them in SWFVMD1, or that the configuration data in SWFVMD1 is correct for that Task Definition.
