HR Payroll Process

Due to covid19, some of the employees have gone to their native and they will return after 6 months. during that i need to maintain them as inactive employee in payroll. suggest the best way.

Hi, Few thoughts:

1) Create special action type called "Covid Rest" and make the employment status as inactive.

2) Keep them active but create LOP for those periods, so that, no salary will be calculated.

You may have to test run in qa system and see how this will work out.
