Report Designer Windows Keep Undocking

Hi,

I have been having issues with the report designer windows undocking or moving. It's like the cursor has sticky 'fingers'. After I click the designer tab or the report name in the Solution Explorer, it acts like I haven't released the mouse button and drags the window and undocks it or move it to another folder in the project. It really make the designer unusable. I'm using VS 2019 Community with SAP Crystal Reports version for Microsoft Visual Studio. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Visual Studio and SAP Crystal Reports version for Microsoft Visual Studio. I'm having this problem with every SP I have tried (SP 25-27). I read somewhere it might be reIated to high DPI monitors. I tried unchecking "Optimize rendering for screens with different pixel densities". I also switched monitors back to a regular monitor. The undocking will happen in existing or when I create a new Crystal Reports desktop application. This doesn't happen with regular window form windows. Only Crystal Report designer windows. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

SP 27 should be used, it had fixes for VS 2019, SP 25 wasn't supported with VS 2019.

I had this same problem in Visual Studio 2019, using Crystal Reports SP26. I've been dealing with it for a couple years now and just today upgraded to Visual Studio 2022, using Crystal Reports SP34. I'm still seeing this same issue. The report designer works fine, but when switching to another tab in the VS IDE, I have to slowly click the tab twice. If I click a single time and then move my mouse, the tab I'm switching to will undock itself. This only happens when I switch from the report designer tab to another tab of any kind.
