I am a licensed crystal reports 2016 customers. When I first purchased my licensed and installed the application on the laptop, everything worked very well. Specifically, I was able to connect to my data which is in the new version of excel sheets. My computer then got damaged and I purchased a new computer and installed Crystal Reports 2016. The problem is the application is missing the "Microsoft office 12.0 access database engine ole db provider". So I am unable to connect to my data which is on the newer version of Excel. I contacted you guys about a week ago and I was advised to uninstalled and reinstalled the application. I did that and it did not fix the problem.
I am unable to do any of my work because I simple cannot connect to my data. Under the Connect to Database using the "OLE DB (ADO), there is no options that says "Microsoft office 12.0 access database engine ole db provider" or "Microsoft office 15.0 access database engine ole db provider".
Thank you for helping me resolve this as I am simply unable to work.
