Shipment Cost Calculation-condition record table

Hi,

I am looking for logic fetch and print Carrier details, rate for that particular shipment in the report.

For billing we have take the billing number from VBRK, take the billing number and pass to prcd_elements, to get the condition type used within the billing document.

Similar way is there any logic to find shipment cost condition type for a particular shipment cost number.
