    Hi Venu Gopal,

    With SCASE you enter a transaction where you can select many RMS_IDs, and if you select the one for Credit Risk management, you will see exactly what you see with transaction UKM_CASE. Or, to put it another way, UKM_CASE is a shortcut for SCASE with the UKM RMS_ID. It happens the same with other applications, like Dispute Management, where you can access through UDM_DISPUTE or through SCASE.
