ECC-PI Connectivity - com.sap.conn.jco.ext.SessionException: JCO_ERROR_RESTORE_SESSION

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in some of the IDOCs not getting sent to SAP PI 7.5.

For eg: in customer master idoc 3 generated today and 1 didnt get transmitted to PI, but in WE02 the status is "Data passed to port OK". In SM58, the log, the status text is shown as

com.sap.conn.jco.ext.SessionException: JCO_ERROR_RESTORE_SESSION

And the failed IDOC is not re-transmitted again. Why is this issue occuring and why its not getting re-transmitted to PI?

Is this issue in BASIS side or PI side ?

What is the SP level? If possible share the full detail error message and also refer the SAP note 2659752.
