SAP Logon will close application automatically when click on "Create new session"

Application: SAP Logon 750 Final Release

Issue: SAP Logon can access but when I would like to click on "Create new session" it will close the application automatically. Had try to run "Check SAP GUI Installation" even having uninstall and reinstall but still got the same issue and cannot be solved.

Is it an option setting within the application that can control number of new session or enable / disable new session function? Any good advise on this issue?

Hi LunFei,
Warm welcome and thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment). There's the profile parameter rdisp/max_alt_modes which defines a maximum of 6 "external" sessions by user session. But closing the whole SAP GUI application is abnormal, you should talk to your administrator or check SAP notes or contact SAP support.
