Profit Center custom field data wiped out

Hi Techies,

Once we replicating only the Profit Center master data, the corresponding custom field data is updating in CEPC table perfectly. Our replication process is via SOA.

But once we are trying to replicate Profit Center Hierarchy by SOA message, system is wiping out the Custom field data from CEPC table after successful SOA message posting.

Please help out with some comment..
