Extend S/4HANA Application - Transactional Fiori Element

Hi,

First step, my configuration S/4HANA 1909 FPS01. ;)

I need to extend the standard Fiori App “Manage Business Partner Master Data” (F3163).

This app is a List Report Page (Transactional - SAP Fiori Elements).
I have to extend the Object Page with a new section (new tab)

The content for the new section are coming from a ZTable (Key of this ZTable “BusinessPartnerID”).

I read a lot of documentation on this subject, like :

https://help.sap.com/viewer/74b0b157c81944ffaac6ebc07245b9dc/1909.002/en-US/38720169c5874f3da156671b88c53326.html

https://answers.sap.com/questions/12731133/extend-standard-fiori-element-app-in-s4hana-on-pre.html

Using “Custom Fields and Logic” doesn't seem a good idea for my purpose.

I followed the guide below and I’m a bit lost

https://ga.support.sap.com/dtp/viewer/#/tree/1910/actions/24709:34441:24711

Metadata extension is not available for my CDS View (C_BusinessPartner).

Response from the guided answer : “NOTE: If the underlying CDS View does not permit metadata extensions, you can create your own custom CDS View, and create your own custom Fiori app, using the Fiori elements framework. Alternatively if the CDS View has the fields you need, you can reuse the CDS View in your own custom Fiori app, using Local Annotations to override the default annotations provided by the CDS View.”

Then the question is, What’s for you the best method to extend this Fiori application ?
Really create my own custom application ?

Regards,
Youri
