Target flag still set for inactive delta request in manage tab of datamart adso

Hi Experts,

We have a Datamart ADSO for which a delta extraction to target is enabled.Now the delta dtp extraction to target infoprovider is not active.even then we could see in the connections that the flag is set for that inactive dtp.Even the in the show dtp section of connection we could see the dtp as inactive.We are unable to activate the source info provider because data is not loaded to this target dtp.Please help.
