Refresh Instance (Copy back) in SAP Success Factors -- SAP CPI

Hello Everybody,

Hope all are doing fine!!

We have an Integration connect between SAP SF EC and SAP CPI.

We have got a requirement that SF team is performing a Refresh Instance (Copy back) activity from Prodution to Dev & Quality systems of SF at their end, since already SF and CPI are Interconnected systems.

What pre-requisities and list of activities to be maintained / performed at CPI's end.

It would be of a great help If any of you could share across some details.

    Hello Steekar,

    There is minimal impact on SAP CPI.

    1) Integration user needs to be checked in SFSF for user existence, authorization/RBP, password expiry and IP Address.

    2) Run your custom integration once to make sure any missing configuration of custom mdfs leading issue in SAP CPI.

    3) Validate integration center configs for event subscriptions or any integration relating to SAP CPI.
