Windows security popup - NwbcBrowserHost.exe

Hi all

One user is getting a Windows security popup every time he tries to access SAP (using SAP Business Client or SAP Logon)

He has to click out of more than one log in to get into SAP, and that's a bit annoying

Is there any way to avoid this popup?

We have tried selecting the checkbutton "Remember my credentials" and we have also reviewed Explorer security options, Security configuration of SAP Logon, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Maria

    Hi Maria,

does the issue occur if another user logs onto this machine and vise-versa?

You should open a ticket (component BC-FES-BUS-DSK) via menu=>help=>create support report.

Set the trace level to verbose via menu=>settings=>support.

    • Hi Sandra,

      Thanks for your quick response.

The problem occurs every time we try to log in to SAP in that computer, regardless of the user being used. This is a problem with SAP, not an user issue.

This is a new installation (SAP Business Client 7.0, SAP Logon 760), but the computer is configured the same as other machines where SAP works correctly. We have also tried to uninstall / install SAP again, but this did not solve the problem

      Thanks again.

      Kind regards,

      Maria

    Maria,

it's a message on OS-level (Windows Security). Please create a ticket on BC-FES-BUS-DSK.
