Hi,

I am working on integrating a CAI bot into FLP.

As technical requiremtent it is stated: "For the full SSO experience, the ABAP front-end server also has to trust and use the same IDP for its user logon"

• What does "full experience" mean in this context?
• Can I do SSO when I have different users on my ABAP front-end and on my CAI plattform/SCP?

Hi Simon,

I think the documentation here is a bit confusing. Here we simply we simply want to state that the IDP you will configure against the SAP CAI Web Client should be the same as the one of your FLP. This way the SSO will be fully achieved and user will not need to login within the Web Client window a second time.

But yes it could be a different one from the one you use for your SAP CAI tenant, as this one is for the platform itself and targeted at the bot developer users.
