Business Objects BI4.2 SP5.4,

Windows 2012 server

If "–Djcsi.kerberos.debug=true" added to Java properties, Tomcat will not start, so I have to remove, then Tomcat starts, but manual AD authentication only.

We do have SSO working on WAS servers for same cluster, but want to move to Tomcat.

could you post screenshot of the java options page with this option ?
the error means tomcat/java is not reading this line properly.

Did you type it or copy it? Are there any spaces at the beginning or end?

Where exactly did you make this change? It should be in Tomcat Configuration, in the Java tab, Java Options box. If you copied/pasted the text, try typing it in manually, at least the "-" at the beginning -- sometimes a dash gets converted in a copy/paste.
