Win32 Driver Can not run successful in Windows 7 32bit pro

Hi, SAP Community members,

We have a machine installed Windows 7 32bit, when we install CRRuntime 32bit driver, we get the folloiwng failed:

driver name: CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_10.msi

This is a very old version of the runtime, although it should run on Windows 7. If you right-click on the installer, do you have the option to "Run as Administrator"? If so, try that. If not, make sure you're logged in with Administrator privileges before running the install. If that doesn't work then you may have an updated version of the Windows Installer that won't work with that version of the runtime.

Could be you are missing some Framework updates or the VC 2005 C++ Security update.

FYI going forward Windows 7 32 bit is no longer going to be supported since all mother boards now support 64 bit there is no reason not to install the 64 bit version of Windows OS.
