Directly accessing a transaction that is set as an an authorisation object

I have a SAP role that contains

• FCH1 – Display Cheque Info
• FCH8 – Reverse Cheque Payment
• FCHN – Cheque Register

Users are able to access FBRA - Reset Cleared Items even although this transaction is not in a role assigned to them. I have since found out that FBRA has been added an a S_TCODE authorisation object as it is required to execute FCH8. How do I make sure that FCH8 executes as expected but prevent the user from accessing FBRA directly in their white bar menu at the top of the screen?
