Goods Issue for STO Stock Transfer Order is completed but Goods are not received in the plant

Dear Experts,

I've created a Stock transfer order. Then I create Outbound delivery (VL10B) then did Goods Issue.

But Still the stock is in "On order stock list). It is not Transferred to the plant.

How Can I make it available in the "unrestricted Use" of the receiving plant?

Could you please share your suggestions ?

I've attached the screenshots of PO, MMBE & MD04.

Thank in Advance.

Mukkesh

Create an inbound delivery with reference to the purchase order and post goods receipt.

You have only executed the outbound part of the process - sending the stocks to in transit, now you have to receive them from transit.

As it can be seen from your PO history, the goods movement is performed with movement type 641, which is two-step. For one-step process the movement type is 647.

    Hi Mukkesh,

First check whether the Confirmation Control is maintained in the PO. If it is maintained to Inbound Delivery, then first create the Inbound Delivery and then post GRN.

Otherwise, you can directly post GRN with reference to the Outbound Delivery or STO.

    Regards,
