Goods Issue for STO Stock Transfer Order is completed but Goods are not received in the plant

Dear Experts,

I've created a Stock transfer order. Then I create Outbound delivery (VL10B) then did Goods Issue.

But Still the stock is in "On order stock list). It is not Transferred to the plant.

How Can I make it available in the "unrestricted Use" of the receiving plant?

Could you please share your suggestions ?

I've attached the screenshots of PO, MMBE & MD04.
