Error description in the Monitor Message Processing and in the email body is different : sap cpi

Hi Team,

Facing issue while capturing the error into email using exception sub-process. I am able to get the email but the error description in the Monitor Message Processing and in the email body is different.Also the error which i am getting in the email body is correct one.Facing this issue intermittently.

Could you please try increasing the Timeout parameter.

Thanks Praveen. I have increased the timeout from 30000 to 60000 and will keep monitoring as i am facing this issue intermittently.

Could you please explain the reason for this behavior.
