initial User Password expired

Hello Folks,

I have a client who didn't log into the initial tenant when they got the link. Now the password has expired. What is the process to reset this password?

    Hi Chintan,

    Users can select Forgot your password option which is available at the bottom of the login screen. Or they can select Change Password and try to reset the credentials. In case, if the above options does not work, the user can call to CIC and raise their issue.

    Hi Chintan,

    Kindly raise an incident to SAP, since the initial user password needs to be reset by the Infrastructure team. The new password will be send to the Contact Person IT maintained in the Service Control Center.

    Hello Chintan,

    In order to reset the Initial credentials, you need to create an incident with the details like, tenant URL for which you want to reset the Initial User ID and Password.

    Once SAP Support has the incident, team will validate and take action by resetting the password and will be resent to maintained IT contacts within 4-8 hours.
