Implementation Methodology: SAP Integration Governance Framework

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if information regarding an SAP integration governance framework exist. I'd like to establish a set of rules, procedures, and other informational guidelines in an organisation, and provide for enforcement of these processes regarding the creation of SAP Interfaces. I'd like to know there is an existing methodology exists?
