Can you link your phone call activity from C4C Sales into MS Outlook using the add-in.

yes downloading from C4C it's possible since 2002 and Uploading since 2005 (you can now choose type "phone call" while creating appointment in Outlook), I think.
You have to go to Administrator -> General settings -> Groupware add in settings
Here you can check "Downloading of phone calls"
Probably the user itself has to "reset" his settings in the Outlook addin to get this new settings from the server.
But beware: At the moment, there is no option to restrict this for some users, like for appointment and tasks, so every User gets this phone calls in their outlook.
