Hi Experts,

Does SAP CAI based chatbots deployed on website support multiple devices if those sites work well on laptop, smartphone, tablets etc?

Hi SK,

As you would be deploying your chatbot on website, I guess you would create an "index.html" or an equivalent html page. If you add a responsive script to your script, it would support multiple devices.

Hi Subu,

Thank you for replying. Guess you are pointing to the viewport meta tag. Thats the only pre-requisite needed right and shouldnt have any limitations?
