SAC Planning Table - Enter comments in a Planning table as free text within the cell

Hi,

My Customer requirement is to enter comments in a table cell ( like in excel table cell ) as a free text and save the comments in the associated model. Customer doesn't want to use SAC comments standard feature.

Is this requirement achievable. Kindly suggest.
