Link within a hotspot not opeing the URL

Added a URL Link to a SharePoint site object in several hotspots and giving us an error message when selecting the link.

Can someone help me why this is not working in the hotspots but when we click the link outside of Enable Now it is working.

This is most likely a security setting. When you click a link with https:// or you need to pass SSO information to sites like SharePoint. Sometimes your security team will not allow for passing ID to an iFrame or a window that is opened by another application. I would look at the developer tools (F12) in the browser you are using to see what is being blocked.
