CCO Monitor - Sales Summaries - no new data

Hi Communtiy,

does anyone know what could happend that in the CCO Monitor no new data in "Sales Summaries" will refreshed?

The last "Sales Summaries" are two weeks ago...

CCO Version 2.0 FP09 PL07

    Hello Daniela

    I'm sure you checked that there are no filter active. Please also check if the daily closing have been submitted from the CCO. You can check this in the Receipt Search Screen.

    Can you please double-check in Customer Checkout if day-end closings have been performed?

    If not this would explain it.

    thank you for your feedback. i will tomorrow moring look if the cco-pos if day-end closings have been performed. In this case, how could i push it?

    Dear Gunther,

    after checking the day-end closing i found no transmitted day-end closing reports till 30.06.2020.

    on 30.06.2020 there was the update to 2.0 FP09 PL07.

    I tried to Repost it and i got an error message: During the transferation there comes an Error to the external ERP System. (Screenshot)

    Do you have an idea otherwise i would open an SAP Ticket with the LogFiles ?

    Dear Daniela Strunz,

    Which version of the CCO scenarios are imported in the B1 integration framework?

    • If they are quite old please update them (note 2163033 will tell you how)
    • If they are up-to-date please open an incident with us on component IS-SE-CCO

    they have version 4.0.15 imported in the B1 integration framework.
