Accounting entry not generated for WIP

Dear Gurus

All the necessary configuration for WIP have been done in our system. I have checked the config in OKG8 and OKZ3. The RA version 0bhas been assigned as well. But wip is not getting posted to Gl only variances are posted. Please guidr

Hi Neha,

Check your order status, if it already TECO or DLV or both then no WIP will be posted, instead variance will be posted when settlement carried out.

Hello neha73

For a given Prod Order, there can be variances or WIP. If WIP is not being posted, check if there are any errors or you have ticked the check box "posting to financial accounting" in WIP Customizing.

I had not maintained the check box you mentioned. The issue was resolved after the config change
