How to put validation on Service ticket status field based on interaction

Dear SAP C4C Consultant,

I have as requirement that i want to display error message while setting the service ticket status to in process if these is no interaction found for this ticket.

It's kind of validation on status field of service ticket in SAP cloud for customer. Now can anyone please help me in it how is possible through KUT validation if yes then how.

Or if through SDK/PDI development then what would the code in SDK. As i am beginner for SAP C4C so please help me in it.
