Hi I have exported and imported json file from source Solution Manager to target solution manager. Whiletrying to open documents attached in BPH structure in target system, receiving error

Document content could not be read

Message No. AI_SMD_DOC006

Diagnosis

The content URL is not retrieved

1. You have done a JSON file import and forgotten to import the related transport request containing the documents

2- The SICF service 'CONTENTSERVER' has no Logon Data

Procedure

1. Please check if the related transport with the document content is imported

2. Please use transaction 'SICF' with Service Name 'CONTENTSERVER' and check if the Logon Data is provided
