Sending Mail after Personnel Action

Dear Experts,

I'm working on Personnel Actions, and trying to make the system Sending Automatic Mail to Employee once specific personnel action is performed, like when Promoting an Employee, or Changing Position for the Employee.

For that I added a Dynamic Action in the table V_T588, for the Personnel Action "Change Position"

Also I maintained feature M0001

The Problem is when I execute the Action, No Mail is triggered, even when I check Tcode SOST.

Any Idea or Help would be really appreciated.
