Using CBO in content studio

Hi experts,

So, I want to show some product information of an interaction (which will trigger a campaign) in an E-mail.
The idea is: when someone gets a X interaction, I can show some data related to the products of this interaction.

Is there a way to do that with a CBO? Like embed the CBO data inside the e-mail, similar to any other custom interaction field?

Hi Rafael Freitas. Yes, you can do that with a CBO.

In order to use that information in the email:

    1. Create the CBO with the desired information of the product / other fields.
    2. Assign CBO to segmentation profile (using the Marketing Extensibility app).
    3. In Content Studio, select that segmentation profile in the email Settings.
    4. Use the attribute you want in the email (if it's not visible, remember you can make it visible with the settings when you click on "Insert Attribute" in the email design).

In order to send that information using an email triggered campaign:

    1. Be sure you have the CBO information before you load the interaction that triggers the email.
    2. Load the interaction instance to trigger the email.
    3. (Optional) You can use a live target group as a filter to prevent sending an email without the CBO information (segmentation model with a simple filter that includes only the people that have the desired information).

Let me know if you need more help. Regards,
