solution manager status disp+work, Dispatcher, GRAY, Stopped

Hi,

i have running backup dump transaction in solution manager 7.2 using sybase.

after backup dump transaction finish i start using startsap r3

but when i check using sap control there is status stopped:

disp+work, Dispatcher, GRAY, Stopped,
