Order Based Replenishment Issue - Not able to fine open order

Hi All,

I am facing issue during order based replenishment. I have configured the below settings in the system:

1. Activated replenishment for storage type.

2. Checked the rough bin determination checkbox in WPT

3. In Storage type Use Fixed bins and Check max.no. of bins are checked, and negative stock =A

4. Maintained proper search sequence for picking and replenishment

5. Maintained master data storage type specific with min,max and min replenish qty.

6. Maintained /SCWM/BINMAT

Process:

1. Sales order created in S4.

2. OBD created and distributed to EWM.

3. Picking task created with rough bin and is in open status

4. Picking storage type does not have any stock.

5. Now, I am trying /SCWM/REPL but I get the below error message:

Hi Anusha,

Can you please check the Rough Bin determination in ODO worked correctly. I think there is the problem. Please checl ODO , item level.
