Can we TECO a Work Order if there are open Purchase Requisitions

Dear All,

System is not allowing us to TECO a Work Order(IW32), when i checked there are open Purchase Requisitions.

1)Can ony one confirm if there are open Purchase Requisitions in Components Tab,are we not able to TECO a Work Order.

2) How to close these Purchase Requisitions so that we can TECO the Work Order.
