Error "No valid target content area found" during validation process of create Supplier in MDG

As mentioned, when I am creating vendor and successfully filled the ERP Vendor (Cocd and PO details), when i click on done button to come to the main page, at that time, validation runs and i am getting the error "No valid target content area found". Please assist on solving this issue. This has occurred after MDG 1909 upgrade.
