Solman 7.2 Display Authorization for Alert inbox monitoring

Hi Experts ,

I need to restrict some users in accessing complete solman adminsiatration tasks , where my monitoring team will have only alert inbox "Display options" to work on system ,db ,..etc alerts related tasks . no other authorizations need to be given .tried with sap note 1652746 ,2641841,2564374 suggestions but it didn't work . So request for solman security guys to help me on this . System details :- Solman 7.2 ,Sp08
