After the proper configurations needed for PR Release why release strategy tab not showing after creation of PR?

Definitely there will be a Release Strategy Tab only then we can do release in ME51N.
Yes we can even do individual release in ME54N or Collective release in ME55.
But talking about the tab, it should appear before saving PR and after checking the error.
If you cross checked all configuration , just verify the selection of "Overall release of PR" check box for PR document done.
