Cannot click "new" icon (IBP starter edition without SAP JAM)

Hi members,

I am trying to proceed configuration required for S&OP scope items, and one of them is to create a new process management template. But, the problem I face currently is that I cannot click "new" icon. Is there any prerequisites which let "new" icon work? In case you may need, business roles assigned to a user currently used for log-on is shown by attached captures. Plus, we do not buy a SAP JAP, though it does not have a business with this problem, I guess.

Hi Kenta,

There are few Prerequisites.

1.First you have to create the Users groups and add the users who take part in the process step to these user groups.

2. Create JAM Groups

Once these activities done then you can create a Process Template
